• What are CRL Shower Door hinges and clamps made of?

  CRL shower hinges and clamps are made of the highest quality brass and anodised or plated depending on the finish.

• What shower door handle should I choose?

  If you have a hinged shower door you can choose any handle you like. We suggest if you choose a hinge with a square edge that you use a square shaped handle and if you choose a hinge with a bevelled edge that you use a rounded handle. We also have a full range of shower door knobs available.

  If you have one of our sliding door systems, you should use a finger pull handle to make sure the door can slide past the fixed panel.

• I can’t find the colour that I want to match the rest of my bathroom fittings.

  We do have the most comprehensive range of finishes available, although if you can’t see a finish you like we have a range of non standard finishes available on request.

• How do I go about getting my shower cubicle installed?

  Speak to your chosen designer / installer and they will do the rest. They’ll come out to your home for a quick chat and a survey. Once you’ve agreed what you want they will order everything for you and organise an installation date to suit you.

• How do I find a fitter to install my shower?

  Send us an email on [email protected] and we’ll let you know your nearest installer. CRL works with an extensive network of experienced frameless glass shower installers.

• What if I already have a preferred fitter to install my shower?

  That’s fine, if they don’t already have a trade account with us we can set them up with one.

• Do your porcelain surfaces come with a warranty?

  All of our porcelain surface come with a 10 year warranty.

• What if the configuration I want isn’t shown in your layouts?

  Don’t worry, we only listed the most popular configurations. Because every CRL shower is a bespoke design and configuration your shower installer will be able to fit almost any configuration to suit your needs. Whether that be to accommodate a pitched roof, an L shaped layout or working around other bathroom furniture, there will always be a possible solution. Ask your designer / installer to use the CRL shower solutions online software. Every CRL shower is designed specifically to meet your requirements each glass panel is made to measure and designed for use with CRL Fixings.

• How do I know what components I need to make up my shower cubicle?

  Installers of CRL showers will have the latest shower design software available to them, this will give you the perfect made to measure shower enclosure.

• Do you supply accessories like towel rails and door stoppers?

  A CRL shower enclosure is not an off the shelf item and therefore requires the skill and expertise of an experienced installer therefore we only supply to trade.
